For our Military Family – Military Relocation Mortgages

We are a military family.

If you’ve been posted and need military housing assistance, let me know.

We have been a military family for 30+ years and I’m well aware that moving constantly can be stressful for our families as we move across Canada or internationally. I have arranged mortgage financing for many military families and I look forward to helping you.

I can help you get pre-approved in your current city so you can go on your HHT (house hunting trip) with the knowledge that you are ready and able to purchase the home you make an offer on.

I have worked with the Brookfield Relocation Program so you won’t need to waste time trying to explain things like interest rate buy downs, post living differentials or posting allowances.

I know that you & your family are short on time when you depart on house hunting trips, so I am here to make everything go as smooth as possible for you. I’m always ready to help my military families get quick approval, and I’m available to answer you all times of day or night, as you may be in a totally different time zone than your family, so I will do everything I can to prioritize your deals and get you responses as quickly as possible so you don’t run into many delays while you are in your new location.

Please contact me to start planning your move to your new posting location.

PLEASE NOTE: I am paid by the mortgage lender, not you. So, it doesn’t cost you a penny for my service, time and expertise! Like many other professional services (such as insurance brokers), Mortgage Brokers are generally paid a fee when we introduce trustworthy, dependable customers to a financial institution. These fees are standardized so the focus remains on you. There are very rare circumstances where a Mortgage Broker is not compensated by the lending institution for their work, such as arranging a private mortgage. This is extremely rare and if it applied to you, you would be notified well in advance that there would be a fee associated with arranging your mortgage. Again, this is extremely rare, and certainly not the norm.
